In her current role, Jamie is leading the transformation of Graybill into what she describes as a “94-year-old startup,” rebuilding the organization’s operational, financial, and technology infrastructure following its separation from a large health system. From core operational systems to advanced digital capabilities, she has driven a ground-up redesign focused on improving access, strengthening performance, and modernizing the patient experience.
Jamie’s leadership spans clinical operations, revenue cycle, IT, workforce strategy, and regulatory compliance, with a focus on aligning teams and systems to perform in increasingly complex reimbursement and labor environments. She is particularly passionate about leveraging emerging technologies, including AI, to reduce administrative burden on providers and enhance both clinical efficiency and patient engagement.
